Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or trapped in an erratic cycle of high and low energy? You are not alone. In this episode of Soul Sessions, Amanda Rieger Green explains why the old rhetoric of "healing old wounds" and "fixing blockages" is shifting. We are entering a new era that requires us to upgrade our inner operating system, drop internal competition, and find true cellular cohesion.

If you've been feeling stuck, unfocused, or out of alignment despite doing all your standard self-care routines, this episode will help you understand the energetic shifts happening right now in the summer of 2026 and how to consciously evolve rather than drift.

Mike shares why he was reluctant to see it but ultimately what this live action remake is actually a good thing! In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about  Nimrods which is a movie based on the early, real-life touring adventures of the punk rock band Green Day. Mike shares the mid-budget music movies it reminds him of and why we don’t get movies like this anymore.

This vital nutrient can make you unstoppable and prolific.

The problem is, most of us are avoiding it. (Myself included).

We tiptoe around it, sidestep it and organize our lives hoping we never have to experience this thing that is ultimately a portal to our most creative selves.

On today’s episode I reveal what this fertilizer is, share my story of discovering it, and invite you to use your grief (yes, grief) as vital nutrients to your life and growth.
