During her Denim & Rhinestones tour stop in Salt Lake City, Carrie Underwood helped out a couple with their gender reveal, but it's not what you think!
Carrie shared a TikTok post to her Instagram page explaining that expectant mom Sidney Ledbetter snuck a sign into the venue asking the singer for a hand with the reveal. Following Carrie's announcement that a baby girl was on the way, the doctor's office called with a big oopsie-daisy.
So all in all it wasn't really Carrie's fault she was given the wrong information, but she did have some fun with it. She posted the correction to her Instagram account with the caption, "Oh noooo!!! Silver lining: boys are awesome! Congratulations to the family. I’m glad I got to play a small role in the happy news…even if we took the hard way to get there! 😂"
