Chris Lane and wife Lauren Bushnell welcomed their first child, son Dutton, last week. Well, now Chris is sharing a brand new song, “Ain’t Even Met You Yet,” which he wrote for his son before his birth.
"I've been waiting to meet Dutton for nine months now, and the easiest way for me personally to describe my feelings and emotions is to write about it! So naturally, I wrote a song," Chris tells “People.” "It's called 'Ain't Even Met You Yet' and sums up how I've been feeling over the last few months. I can't wait to share it with him one day."
As for how he feels now that Dutton is here, Chris shares, "I feel love in a way that I had never experienced before, and it's so much bigger than I could have ever expected. I'm so proud and grateful to be a dad!"
