President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will be sworn in later today, and their historic inauguration will be celebrated tonight with a 90-minute prime time special, which just added more talent.
“Celebrating America,” hosted by Tom Hanks, will now feature even more country stars. Tim McGraw and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard have signed onto the festivities to perform their new song “Undivided,” along with Katy Perry, Black Pumas and DJ Cassidy, featuring Ozuna. They join previously announced performers Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters,John Legend, Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake and Ant Clemons, and Jon Bon Jovi. In addition, Biden and Harris are expected to make remarks, and Eva Longoria and Kerry Washington are set to introduce performers, as well as “stories of young people making a difference in their communities."
The 90-minute “Celebrating America” will kick off at 8:30 pm, and air on several networks including ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and MSNBC, and will also stream YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch and more.
