A local filmmaker goes above and beyond to return a priceless memory to a family, and it's the ultimate feel good story!
Jim McKay picked up an old VCR at a Good Will store in Texas, and when he got it home, he found a tape inside. Much to his surprise, it was a home video of a family encouraging their toddler to take his first steps, to which he did. McKay realized after watching the video that had "Tyree Learns To Walk" scratched on it that he accidentally ended up with a family's cherished memory, and was determined to find the family and return it. So he turned to social media, asking for the public's help in trying to find the family in the video. Luckily, Tyree's mother's happened to be watching the local news that night and saw the video and immediately called her son, a now 26 year old educator in Austin, and the rest is history!
