One week from today Jesus Christ Superstar opens at the Hippodrome Theater in Baltimore. They'll be in town celebrating their 50th anniversary tour and tickets are still available so grab yours before their gone! The story is set against the backdrop of an extraordinary series of events during the final weeks in the life of Jesus Christ, as seen through the eyes of Judas. I remember singing songs from the score when I was in choir in high school. I even had the brown album (that’s what they called the album of the soundtrack). The other day I had the chance to talk with Jenna Rubaii who plays Mary in the show, and I even got to ask about how people who sing every night for a living avoid getting sore throats!
