Garth Brooks can bring tears to any fans eyes, and that includes Kelly Clarkson. Garth stopped by Kelly’s daytime talk show yesterday, and she was bawling in no time.
Garth performed snippets of his favorite covers including Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ on) the Dock of the Bay,” Bob Seger’s “Night Moves” and James Taylor’s “Fire and Rain” as well as his own hit “The River.”
But what got Kelly all emotional was when Garth began singing his cover of Bob Dylan’s “To Make You Feel My Love” right at her. Kelly even admitted that she originally didn’t even know the song was a Dylan song, and only knew Garth’s take on it.
“If you would have told me as a kid that that moment would have happened,” Kelly shared. “I’m sorry, whoo! I just can’t believe my life sometimes.”
