Luke Combs has a lot going on!
First of all, a big congratulations to Luke and his multiple No. 1 milestones he just hit! His latest single, Even Though I'm Leaving, just hit No. 1, which makes him 7 for 7! All 7 singles he's released since his debut single Hurricane have reached the No. 1 spot. And that's not all, his sophomore album, What You See Is What You Get, debuts at number one on the all-genre “Billboard” 200 Album chart. It nabs the top spot with 172,000 equivalent album units, 109,000 in traditional album sales.
The album is now Luke’s first-ever chart topper on the “Billboard” 200. It also has the largest streaming week for a country album, and the largest sales week for a country album in over a year, withCarrie Underwood’s“Cry Pretty” the last, moving 266,000 units in September 2018. The album is also the second country album to land at number one this year, after Thomas Rhett’s“Center Point Road," which debuted on top back in June.
