One week ago today, Aug 20th, Randy Hauser’s new movie “Magnolia” (the same title as his most recent album) became available to the public. We’ve been hearing about the movie for a while so he was really happy to finally announce that now we can actually see it. I had the chance to talk with him about the film and how it really helps to explain the songs on his album. I had to ask about little Huckleberry too, his latest baby boy. Huck is not sleeping very well during the night so it’s been an adjustment for his mom who is with him all the time. His older son, West, doesn’t live with him (he lives in California with his mom) but he did celebrate him on his first day of second grade with a little video he made in Nashville and sent to him.
