It’s only been a few weeks since Granger Smith and his wife Amber lost their three-year-old son River in a drowning accident, and Amber is still very much grieving over her loss, and is sharing her pain with the public.
“Missing my baby so much,” she shares on Instagram, next to pictures with River. " I am broken. My heart will never be the same. I will never be the same.” She adds that while she does “have strong moments,” there are times when she’ll, "cry, scream, question, and fall to my knees,” adding, “Then I get back up and fight.”
Finally she notes, “I just want to share my journey with all of you because it will be a long road, and if we can help at least one person going through something like this, then it is worth it to me to be open about my feelings, my faith, my struggles.”
