Chris Bailey the author of this book talks about why starting each day writing down the three things you want to accomplish will actually help you to do them. He also discusses why being intentional about doing the things that really mean something to you is so important to your overall happiness. And, why when you’re trying to be creative it’s the best time to let your mind wander and be a little less focused.
