There are a few fan bases out there that you don't want to mess with. For starters, you never want to mess with the Swifties or the Beyhive. Though not nearly as large, I also think you can add the fans of Netflix's hit reality show 'Love Is Blind' into the mix. I'm one of them so I can attest that those people are nuts.
But mess with them Netflix did. Last night (Sunday 4/16) was supposed to be the live reunion for the cast of season 4. The show was scheduled to begin at 8pm EST. The clock ticked by and then came a tweet. At 9:29pm Netflix tweeted out that something was wrong.
Now, we don't know what went wrong exactly, but clearly the livestream idea didn't work. Netflix chose to film the reunion and plan to give it to us later today. I've never been happier to have made a decision to skip a live event. I went to bed at about 8:30pm with no intention of watching it as it happened. I'd have been real upset if I waited that long and nothing happened.
Needless to say, the fans were not happy with Netflix. You can do your own social media searching if you want to see all of the comments. I don't want to share the negativity here. I hope Netflix learned its lesson.
