New Music And Artists To Check Out On International Women's Day

On International Women's Day 2021 I thought I'd share with you some new female led music. These songs and artists have been dominating my personal playlists lately.

In Country:

It's no secret how much I love Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini and Kacey Musgraves. But here are a couple of other women I think you might enjoy.

Hailey Whitters: Her music sounds a bit to me like a cross between Miranda Lambert and early Kacey Musgraves. I'm such a fan.

Ingrid Andress: She was one of our iHeartCountry On The Verge artists, and she's had a lot of critical acclaim. But I still feel like she's a bit off the radar for most people. You need to change that. Ingrid's music is incredible.

Robyn Ottolini: She's a new artist from Canada that is getting ready to take over the country world. I fell in love with her music instantly. Be prepared to hear F-150 a lot.

In Rock:

Stand Atlantic: This is an Australian band that I really enjoy a lot. They kind of fall on the pop punk side of things. I've always loved their energy and the honesty in their lyrics.

Sincere Engineer: I'll be honest, I don't know much about this band. I came across this song through another playlist and really enjoyed it.

beabadoobee: I've really enjoyed learning more about her music. She reminds me a bit of some of the bands I listened to in the 90's. I'm all it.

In Pop:

Elliana: I think I came across her through a Netflix movie, but I can't remember exactly. Whatever the reason, I'm glad I found her music. She's got some great stuff.

Olivia Rodrigo: I don't know what the future holds for her, but I so love that Driver's License song. If you haven't heard this song yet please do yourself a favor and listen below.

Maisie Peters: I came across her music on a playlist at one point and I was lucky enough to have a chance to meet her in our office. She's got some new music out now.
