For many people, a trip to the gym is an essential part of the day. It's a chance to work off some stress and to escape life for a little bit. But, now that gyms have been closed due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, that daily routine has been changed.
Well my fitness friends, don't worry too much. A lot of gyms and local instructors are stepping up in this time and offering free and live workouts online so you can keep getting your workout on while you're trapped inside your house.
