Taylor Swift announced last week that she would be releasing her new album 'Lover' on August 23rd. To go along with that, she gave us another new song called 'You Need To Calm Down.' That was the soundtrack to my weekend. I love this new song, and I'm digging her new direction for the album. I was kind of holding out hope that Taylor might give us a little stripped down acoustic/country project, but I guess I have to wait for the next album.
With any new song also comes a new music video. Taylor dropped the bright and shiny video for "You Need To Calm Down" earlier this morning. Check it out!
