It's amazing to me how much money some people are willing to spend on old sports memorabilia. Maybe I'm just jealous that I don't have anything cool in my collection.
A 1914 Orioles team photo featuring Babe Ruth just sold for big money at auction. The rare photo was sold for just over $190K at an auction in New York City.
The people behind the auction say that amount is the most ever paid for a sports photo. Pretty insane right? I guess the previous record price for a sports photo sold at auction was $77K.
Not a huge surprise though that something super rare with Babe Ruth in it would go for a huge dollar amount.
