Researchers at Southern California's Loma Linda University say the studies suggest eating certain types of dark chocolate have a positive effect on memory, mood, and immunity while also lowering stress.
The lead researcher says the health benefits come from the high concentration of cacao in dark chocolate.
Maybe it's time to start chowing down on dark chocolate!
