Chad Bauer is President & Owner of SR&B Advertising, one of Baltimore's longest-standing advertising agencies. Founded in 1964/For over 60 years, SR&B has served businesses in the Baltimore region and beyond. Chad is a second-generation agency leader who acquired the firm from his father, Carl, and has been transforming it from a traditional advertising shop into a modern, performance-driven growth marketing agency. Under his leadership, SR&B has continued a 94% client retention rate and has grown entirely through referrals. Chad started his first business at 13, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Sponsorship for AMA Baltimore, and has partnered SR&B with the Baltimore Ravens Small Business Partnership. He's built SR&B around being present for his wife and two young boys, proving that a Baltimore business with six decades of history can evolve without losing what made it special.
