It's called the Jorō spider and somehow it's made it's way from Japan to the USA. This parachuting spider is now showing up all over the U.S. and though our the East Coast.. Researchers from the University of Georgia says "the 3-inch-long spider features a bright yellow, blue-black and red color scheme."
They survive the cold which is one reason they are doing well all over the U.S. but the great news is, they are not likely to harm humans. Researchers found that the Joro spider, eats stink bugs so they could be a good pest.
