Nashville, TN) -- The nominations for the 2021 Country Music Awards are out. Maren Morris and Chris Stapleton lead the nominations this year with six each. The two are closely trailed by Miranda Lambert with five nominations. Ashley McBryde, Thomas Rhett and producer Jay Joyce follow Lambert with four nominations each. Those in the running for one of country's most prestigious awards, entertainer of the year, include Stapleton, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs and Thomas Rhett. The show is set to air on April 18th at 8 p.m. Eastern time at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House. A host for the show has yet to be announced.
