The Baltimore Sun and NBC 4 in Washington, DC report that U.S. District Judge James Bredar is set to rule on whether or not he should bring an end to Ocean City, Maryland's enforcement of a ban on topless women in public on the beach. At least five women organized to bring a lawsuit to force the the town to drop their ban. The women believe that they have a constitutional right to sunbath topless in public like men if they want.

"City officials unanimously passed the ordinance during an emergency session last year after the beach patrol said lifeguards would no longer approach and scold women who are topless." -Baltimore Sun
