Subway Giving Away 1 Million Free Subs As Part of Major Menu Overhaul

Subway is getting a fresh face lift and it includes some free food!

Subway's Eat Fresh Refresh menu changes start today (July 13) at restaurants nationwide and the sandwich chain is marking the momentous occasion with one million free subs from 10 a.m. to noon. The Eat Fresh Refresh has more than 20 menu updates and includes 11 new or improved ingredients, six all-new or returning sandwiches and four revamped signature sandwiches. Subway says it's their biggest menu update in company history.

New ingredients include deli-thin sliced turkey, Black Forest ham, steak, rotisserie-style chicken, roast beef, hickory-smoked bacon, smashed avocado, artisan BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, and a tangy MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette to up your sandwich game. Two new kinds of bread are also getting added to the roster: Artisan Italian and Hearty Multigrain.

Subway tuna is not changing as part of the menu revamp despite claims the tuna doesn’t contain fish.
