So usually anytime you're trying to make something less sugary and delicious, it's a bit of a downer. But the baristas recommendation actually sounds super delish-- a tall Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte made with sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup, steamed non-fat milk, light foam, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It's only 100 calories and has 9 grams of protein!!

Go Light

Duh. Light options by definition mean not as bad, healthier etc. BTW, if you're an avid frappuccino drinker, going light will cut down on calories by 33%

Cold Brew= Less Calories

So who knew the cold brew has less calories than regular coffee? Apparently it's as much as 100 calories less per tall cup, including the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, which sounds BOMB btw.
