How someone hasn't already thought of this is beyond me.
Aldi Supermarkets are planning to release holiday advent calendars, one filled with wine, and one filled with cheese!
This could be the coolest holiday news yet!
USA Today reports, "The wine calendar features 24 mini bottles, two a piece of 12 different varieties, and will cost $69.99 or $2.92 for each 6.37-ounce bottle." What kind of wine is featured you ask? They've got it all covered: red, white, rosé and bubbles options, including red blend, Shiraz, Malbec, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc.
They also gave details on the cheese calendar which will require refrigeration but comes with 24 imported mini cheeses, including cheddar, Gouda, Edam and Havarti. This one comes in a little cheaper at just $12.99.
Both calendars hit shelves November 7th!
