New Maryland Cyberbullying Bill Headed For A Vote

It's about to get a lot harder for people to avoid punishment for online bullying.

The new cyberbullying law would change a fundamental part of the law which currently requires prosecutes to establish a specific pattern of bullying behavior to only needing to identify "a single significant act of intimidating, tormenting, harassing or physically harming a minor."

What do you think of the change?

The Maryland Senate is set for a vote today.
