Zach Fine leads One Fine Family and Holly Poultry, the Baltimore poultry company behind Easy Street — the first brand in the fresh meat case built around the flavors people already pay restaurants for. Holly Poultry has been a foodservice supplier for three decades. Easy Street is the consumer side of that work: dry-rubbed, pre-diced fresh chicken in flavors people are already ordering out — Street Taco, Korean BBQ, Peruvian, Shawarma, Chili Crisp.
Under Zach's leadership, Easy Street is now on shelves at Acme, Balducci's, Giant Carlisle, Giant Eagle, Giant Food, Grocery Outlet, Hannaford, Harris Teeter, King's, Safeway, Shaw's, and ShopRite — with the business expanding into a new 80,000-square-foot facility to support continued growth. Holly Poultry also donates hundreds of thousands of pounds of chicken annually to the communities it operates in.
