Kelly Dudeck is the co-founder of Cultivate + Craft, a Maryland-based firm focused on strengthening value-added agriculture, craft beverage, agritourism, and local economies. She also serves as Executive Director of the Brewers Association of Maryland, where she leads advocacy, strategic planning, marketing, membership engagement, and major industry events that support independent breweries across the state.
With more than two decades of experience in agricultural policy, land preservation, economic development, and food systems, Kelly has built a career around helping Maryland’s growers, makers, and producers thrive. Through Cultivate + Craft, she works at the intersection of industry development, coalition building, public policy, and consumer-facing campaigns, shaping initiatives that elevate local products, strengthen associations, and expand opportunities for Maryland agriculture and crafted goods.
Before launching Cultivate + Craft, Kelly was a key leader at Grow & Fortify, where she helped advance value-added agriculture, craft alcohol, and agritourism in Maryland. Her work has consistently focused on building stronger markets for local producers, increasing visibility for Maryland-made products, and connecting these industries to broader conversations around tourism, community development, and economic resilience.
Kelly previously served as Chair of the Maryland Agriculture Commission and currently serves on the Governor’s Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture and the Maryland Tourism Coalition Board. She is also a proud alumna of LEAD Maryland’s Class VII.
