We hope you like cured meats and cheeses because Central Market in Austin, Texas, has prepared over 1000 pounds of it for a record-breaking charcuterie board. The store celebrated its 30th anniversary by setting the Guinness world record for the largest charcuterie board. The 12-foot by 24-foot board featured 540 pounds of sliced meats, 240 pounds of cheese, and 130 pounds of fruits. Guests were invited to enjoy some charcuterie will sipping on drinks and listening to live music. In addition to breaking record, Central Market also made a $30,000 donation to a local charity.
