Childhood nostalgia meets grown-up automobile enthusiasm in a specialĀ SUV-sized Radio Flyer wagonĀ that is currently being auctioned off in Alaska. The vehicle looks exactly like the popular red wagon that was part of so many childhoods ā only it's built on the chassis of a 1976 Mazda pickup truck. Judy Foster, whose late husband, Fred Keller, built it himself 14 years ago, has decided to sell the head-turning vehicle. It is "fully road-legal" and has seen a lot of time on the road. It has 57,000 miles on it and can reach a top speed of 60 miles per hour. Bids are being accepted online byĀ Alaska Premier Auctions and AppraisalsĀ through Sunday.
