Pickle Juice Helps Sore Throats And More...

Pickle juice has been a home remedy for sore throats for a while and now science is starting to back that. The juice soothes a sore throat because of the ingredients salt and vinegar since they help calm inflammation and go after bacteria.

The Cleveland Clinic now says that pickle juice has several health benefits that include antioxidants to help fight infection, probiotic properties to keep your gut bacteria in balance, electrolytes, which boost athletes' recovery, and prevent blood sugar spikes.

Drink up!
