. Recently in the Huffington Post, some relationship experts got together to provide some insights into how to break out of a relationship rut.
1.Call it out – not in an aggressive or overly confrontational way, but don’t shy away from calling it what it is
2.Don’t panic – it’s not the end of the world, and the solutions can be fun
3.Look inward first – it’s healthier for the relationship to not blame your partner without looking at your own behaviors.
