Water is not the best drink to stay hydrated???

When you're feeling dehydrated or just plain thirsty you would think in order to hydrate yourself your best option would be some good old fashioned H2O, right?

According to the study, here are the top ten most hydrating drinks: 

  1. Skim milk
  2. Pedialyte
  3. whole milk
  4. orange juice
  5. soda
  6. diet soda
  7. iced tea
  8. regular tea
  9. sports drinks
  10. water

I think most people will be surprised to learn that water is tenth on this list.
