WW 2 Vet travels almost 2,000 Miles for his Grandson's commission

70 years after serving in WWII, Walter Kloc flew 1500 miles to commission his own grandson into the Air Force.

The Academy posted photos on their Facebook page saying:

This is what it's all about.
Today, Joseph Kloc was commissioned by his grandfather Walter Kloc. The 101-year-old WWII veteran traveled all the way from New York for this moment. Walter received a standing ovation, and everyone in the room was gifted with a memory they'll never forget.#USAFAgrad🎓
