According to Dentists, these are the worst Candies for EASTER!!!

Every holiday seems to have something centered around candy right?! I mean candy is awesome! But according toAOL, dentists have a list of candy for Easter that aren't so great for your teeth.

"There are two types that should be avoided: sour candy and hard candy. Sour candies are very acidic, while hard candies can potentially harm teeth if bitten down on."

This means avoiding jelly beans, Starburts, sour gummy worms, and all those kinds. But if you really want something sweet, have chocolate because that is easier to brush away!

"For example, a chocolate bunny would be a better option than Sour Patch Marshmallows due to its sour and sticky nature," Dr. Krell, DMD and Director of Dental at quip (an online source for dental care products)."
