Did you ever have a lemonade stand as a kid? Or maybe someone in your neighborhood did? I think it's great that kids come up with ways to make a buck when they're still to young to get a regular job.
Technically though, a roadside lemonade stand is illegal in most states, because you have to get a permit to sell food and drinks. Yeah, your kid's lemonade stand has to be permitted. Don't get me started.
Anyway, Country Time Lemonade has set up a fund that will pay the fine if your kid got busted for an illegal lemonade stand! (How crazy is it that the term 'illegal lemonade stand' is a thing??)
They will pay up to $300 to cover the fine for selling lemonade without a permit. It's called Country Time LEGAL Ade, and you can find out more HERE.
BRILLIANT! Good on you, Country Time Lemonade! Way to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit!
