How long can you eat food in Baltimore after the expiration date

The struggle is so real when it comes to expired food!

We see our favorite food and grab way too much at the Grocery Store since we're so hungry. After a while, you notice that the "sell-by" date came up quick! So like always, you throw it all away immediately once it hits that date!

...but that might not be the best idea. 

According to FoodEnvy.TV, you can actually eat foods that are past their sell-by date! Here are a few general rules for your favorite foods!
