Considering a lot of us spend most of our day at the office, it’s certainly important to find a job that makes us happy. These days it’s pretty apparent that some companies do a better job at making sure their employees are content on the job, and a new report reveals just which ones are succeeding.

Job website Indeed has come out with their choices for the Best Places To Work in 2017, making their picks based on their database of 15 million employee reviews of companies featured on this year’s Fortune 500 list, which ranks the top U.S. companies according to their total revenue in a particular year.

For a second consecutive year, the software company Salesforce tops the list, followed by Southwest Airlines and JetBlue. As for what the companies that made this year’s list have in common, Indeed reports that reviews suggest they all have a strong company culture and clear values.
