The incident happened at Chicago's O'Hare Airport going to Kentucky. Allegedly United over booked the flight by 4 passengers. So four needed to give up their seat to make room for 4 United employees who needed to be in Louisville. They asked for volunteers and no one gave it up so the airline chose and here is a video of a man being forced off. Terrible.
