Dan + Shay Debut Romantic Anthem After Crashing Weddings

Dan + Shay delivered their newest romantic song shortly after crashing weddings in Tennessee.

Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney debuted “Marry You Again,” the latest track to release from the duo’s upcoming studio album, Young. Dan + Shay previewed “Marry You Again” during a performance at the Country Music Association’s CMA Fest earlier this month, and teased it on social media after crashing a wedding. They shared a glimpse of that first-ever experience at Saddle Woods Farm in Murfreesboro, outside of Nashville, after asking fans, “is anybody getting married in Nashville the next few weeks?” Earlier this week, they shared another “successful crash,” playing “From the Ground Up” for the bride and groom's first dance together.

“‘Cause Heaven knows/ I need your lovin’/ All the time/ 24/7/365/ I wouldn’t change nothin’/ Do it all the same/ If you woke up and didn’t know my name/ I’d find you, I’d kiss you, I’d love you, I’d marry you again.”

“Marry You Again” follows “Young” and “Say So” from Dan + Shay’s upcoming 10-track album. Smyers and Mooney said Young, “is by far our most personal album yet, and gives a real-time snapshot of exactly where we are in our lives,” Dan + Shay shared as they announced the record. “From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for your patience and support while we made YOUNG. We’ve never been more proud of a batch of songs, and hope they mean as much to you as they do to us.”

Dan + Shay’s Young will arrive on August 21, and the following month, they’ll kick off “The Young Tour,” with Tyler Hubbard and Josh Ross on select dates. See the list of tour stops below.
