This is the busiest time of the year for Santa Claus and his elves, but he’s still somehow making time to stage his house for Zillow. His North Pole home has a special listing on the site and it’s one of the most visited off-market homes, with more than 3-million views and counting. While it’s not for sale, the home is now worth $1.2-million, according to Zillow.

The one-of-a-kind log cabin where Santa and Mrs. Claus live features:

  • A 2,086-square feet home with two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms on a 25-acre lot.
  • There’s also a detached all-weather garage designed to accommodate a sleigh, as well as a stable built for reindeer.
  • The cabin has two fireplaces with built-in stocking hangers that connect to an oversize chimney that’s “fully elf-accessible.”
  • Santa’s mailroom is upstairs, along with his office, where he reads all the letters from kids and researches who’s been naughty and nice.
  • The second bedroom has recently been renovated to be a gift-wrapping room, which gets plenty of use.
  • You can take a virtual 3D tour of the cabin to get a good look inside the space and turn it into a virtual treasure hunt. There are 17 hidden holiday items to find inside, including a giant candy cane, sleigh bells, a stuffed snowman, mistletoe and fruitcake.

Zillow is also helping families who have recently moved with a new feature, the “Let Santa Know You Moved” button on their site. It lets Santa know their new address, so kids won’t have to worry that Old St. Nick won’t be able to find them on Christmas Eve.
