A coaching change is brewing for the Baltimore Ravens.
On Friday (Jan. 21) evening, the Ravens organization posted a statement from Head Coach John Harbaugh that stated Don "Wink" Martindale will be leaving the team.
"After several productive conversations, Don and I have agreed to move forward in separate directions," the statement leads with.
"We have had a great run on defense and I am very proud of what has been accomplished and the work he has done...He has done a great job. Now it is time to pursue other opportunities."
Martindale begun his journey with the Ravens in 2012 as the Linebackers Coach and was promoted to Defensive Coordinator in 2018.
