What a week it has been for Shay Mooney of Dan + Shay!
On Monday the news was delivered that D+S' latest single "All To Myself" went #1 (making it the duo's sixth chart-topper) and on Wednesday, Aug. 21, Shay announced that he and his wife, Hannah, are expecting their second child and it is a boy! The couple shared the same series of photos to their Instagram feeds of their son, Asher (2), sitting on the ground in front of a pink and blue heart and putting his hand on the blue heart for his soon-to-be brother 💙 Be sure to scroll all the way to the end to see his sweet reaction!
"We have cried and laughed all morning (I thought for sure it was a girl)! 😂 We are over the moon and can’t wait to see this precious guy be the sweetest big brother, early next year!" Hannah wrote on her post. And apparently she wasn't the only one who thought they'd have a little sister for Asher! Shay agreed, writing "We thought for sure we’d be announcing a baby girl, but God has other plans for the Mooney’s" on his post.
