WBAL has reported that a staff member of Frederick Douglass High School on Gwynns Falls Pkwy in Baltimore has been shot and the suspect is in custody. The suspect is male and an outside visitor to the school. While the motive is unknown, all of the students have been marked safe and were dismissed early at 1:15PM so police can investigate the area.
