For the second time in two years, flooding has devastated Ellicott City, Maryland. The waters have forced residents and businesses to again rebuild and here is how you can help:
1. The Ellicott City Partnership is accepting donations (which are tax deductible) on HelpEllicottCity.com both online and by mail. Checks can be sent to Ellicott City Partnership P.O. Box 92 Ellicott City, MD 21041(please address to Ellicott City Partnership)
2. Register to become a volunteer with the Howard County Government's Department of Recreation and Park's Disaster and Recovery Volunteers.
3. Donate non-perishable food items to the Howard County Community Action Council's (CAC) food bank at 9385 Gerwig Lane, Suite J, Columbia, MD 21046
