At a recent press conference, Dierks Bentley was asked about hearing himself on the radio and admitted that "that's pretty cool." But it turns out that his kids are actually the ones to really encourage cracking up the volume when they hear one of dad's songs!
"Now my kids will hear it and be like 'turn it up!'" Dierks told the press. "If you insist!"
He also mentioned that the first song of his that he heard on the radio was "Bartenders, Barstools and Barmaids" from his debut album, "Don't Leave Me in Love." Dierks recalls that he heard it at 4:45AM playing on the Grand Ole Opry's radio station.
