Kenny Chesney was on the "Sunday Sitdown" for the "Today" show when he explained why, before every concert, he treks up to the furthest reaches of the venue and looks around. "On a Friday after soundcheck I'll go to the very top and just sit, just, by myself," Kenny says, saying it's a way for him to emotionally and mentally measure how far it is from there to the stage. "If I'm going to get close to connecting with these people, I gotta have their perspective....and just taking a moment to reflect and remember how grateful I am to be there."
