A couple placed an order from WingStop on the Uber Eats app and were confused when over an hour had gone by and their food hadn’t arrived. In a TikTok video, they explain that they checked the app and realized their delivery person was still 84 minutes away. The reason? The person was walking. “We have this guy walking 84 minutes away, walking 4.5 miles from Wingstop,” the guy says in the clip. When they called the Uber Eats hotline to cancel the order, they were reportedly told that the company would fine them. “I have the choice to let the guy walk 85 minutes, or I get fined!” he exclaims. No word on what happened to their order …
