Being over-served alcohol seems to give some people the belief that they have SUPER-POWERS. I think they call 'em 'Beer Googles'. Not olnly while looking at other people but in your own mind too. Proof in point- THIS GUY trying out his back flip party trick for officers! How can they not just laugh other course before reading them their Miranda Rights?
