Jim Hemmer has spent his entire career as a technology and business transformation enthusiast. He has a proven track record in building businesses that drive value for customers, employees, and shareholders and in building successful teams. His career has had an impact in multiple industries including FinTech, HR Technology, Mobile and Telecommunications.
As the CEO of CreditXpert, Jim’s goals are first and foremost to further the mission of helping families realize their dream by making homeownership affordable and accessible for all and to expand the impact CreditXpert can have by building new capabilities for mortgage loan originators and credit experts to assist borrowers.
Previously, Jim was CEO of WorkStride, an HR software company and facilitator of incentive, recognition and wellness programs; PE sponsored by The Riverside Company. During his tenure, Jim led the development and execution of a new company strategy, which included rebranding, strategic program design, and customer expansion and growth.
Prior to WorkStride, Jim was President and CEO of Antenna Software, a global B2B mobile software company. Jim successfully led the company’s growth resulting in their exit to Pegasystems in 2013. Earlier in his career, Jim held leadership roles at ADC (now CommScope), Cap Gemini, and Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology).
Jim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
