Inside Edition reports " A Texas man confronts a thief trying to steal his van's catalytic converter. Clay Hayner of Dallas was watching his home security camera when he saw a man approach his vehicle and crawl underneath it. Hayner grabbed a metal pole, ran outside and started hitting the thief. The man broke free and fled the scene. Hayner believes the suspected thief was trying to take his van's catalytic converter. He says this is the fourth time someone tried to steal the same car part."
